This foundational belief guided me through life, especially during my high school and college years when I faced significant challenges with ADHD. Initially, I managed my symptoms with medication, but it wasn’t until my junior year—when I encountered debilitating allergies—that I embarked on a transformative journey into the world of health.
This pivotal moment ignited a fire within me to explore the profound connection between food and wellness. I began to see food not just as sustenance but as a powerful tool for healing.
