My passion for health has been with me since childhood, thanks to my parents who taught me early on that what we eat profoundly affects our well-being. This lesson stayed with me, especially during my high school and college years when I struggled with ADHD. While medication helped me manage my symptoms, it wasn’t until my junior year, when I faced debilitating allergies, that I began to truly explore the connection between food and health.
This experience ignited something within me—a desire to understand how food could be more than just fuel, but a powerful tool for healing. I began learning everything I could about nutrition, discovering that the right dietary choices could make a significant impact on my health and overall quality of life. It quickly became more than an interest—it was a passion that transformed my journey.
After college, I knew I wanted to turn this passion into a career to help others facing their own health challenges. That’s when I created KBALANCED—a space where people could find personalized guidance, support, and inspiration on their own wellness journeys. My goal is to empower others to take control of their health through the right nutrition and fitness choices.
