1 scoop Garden of Life Grass-Fed Whey (Weight Management Protein)
½ frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen pineapple
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
½ tsp bee pollen
1 tbsp goji berries
A handful of fresh spinach
12 oz of MALK almond milk
