Post-Workout Smoothie

I wasn’t that hungry post-workout, but I knew I needed to get my protein in for the day. I was craving something sweet, refreshing, and easy to drink. This smoothie hit the spot—it’s packed with protein, healthy fats, and recovery-supporting nutrients without feeling heavy.


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Grass-Fed Whey (Weight Management Protein)

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ½ cup frozen mango

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

  • ½ tsp bee pollen

  • 1 tbsp goji berries

  • A handful of fresh spinach

  • 12 oz of MALK almond milk


How to Make It:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
